The sorted material has been first DOP-amplified at the Sanger
Centre:
We have performed a second round of amplification, for a total
volume of 500ul (DNA: about 500ng/ul). We will distribute 5-10
ul of this material (lyophilized). FISH experiments of DOP-products
after a 3rd and 4th round of amplification gave quite good results.
