NLE14 and NLE19:
The first, most plausible event leading to NLE14 and NLE19 was the formation of a loop internal to HyA3, resulting in the excision of a segment encompassing the centromere and its linearization to form an intermediate chromosome which, with an additioanl paracentric inversion, generated NLE14. The break of the ring occurred in a region far away from the two breakpoint whose joining originate the ring.  The second derivative of HyA3 was stabilized by an evolutionary new centromere. A subsequent inversion lead to NLE19.
