Vibrio colerae and Salmonella enterica epidemiology

  C. Pazzani

The group has been involved in molecular epidemiology studies of entero-pathogens such as Vibrio cholerae and various Salmonella enterica subspec. enterica serovars. Characterization of  both antimicrobial resistance genes and associated genetic elements has also been part of the scientific aims of our studies.
