The specifically constituted SEC (non-profit association) will take care of the administrative management of the Goldrain course. A non-profit association has the advantage of being exempt from 22% VAT for activities organized for its members. For this reason, the course fee includes a symbolic €1.0 (one) to become a member of the SEC Association. SEC membership lasts for one year. No obligation, no automatic renewal. The only implication is that you will be notified, by email, of the Association's annual general meeting in Bari. If you would like to come, you are welcome!
